The most common reason for this is because cookies are not enabled. Check your browsers help option, to see how to enable cookies.   
Is registration required?
It is completely optional. However, registration is required to use exclusive members only features. 
Why did my account get deleted?
Dormant accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days are automatically deleted.
why do I need to verify my email address?
This helps reduce automated registrations which are used to post spam.
Why is my email address domain blocked?
These issues often occur with email providers who offer temporary or disposable email addresses. Switch to an address from a more reputable email provider.

Are passwords case sensitive?
Your login username and password are not case sensitive. Relax, we won't shout if you accidentally leave caps lock on.
How do I update my Country ?
Your country is automatically determined from your IP address upon registration, and is not directly editable. If you log in from a different country, then you will see an option to update your country to the new country, on your edit profile page, as shown below. 
How do I delete my DOS Gamer Account ?
Your account can be deleted here. You must sign in, at least once every 90 days to keep your account active. Dormant accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days are automatically deleted.
What are unregistered user accounts?
These are automatically generated for house keeping purposes when an unregistered user loads and plays a game. They are automatically deleted at regular intervals. |
