Yeah that would be a good game to put on this website and I do remember playing a shareware version of it with no sounds. I not sure if that one was the first game to use the build engine I think it was a game called Tekwar which was made by Capstone and Intracorp that made it which they used that engine to make another few games if not more than a few that had it such as Witchaven and Fate but can give out a list of games that I know of that used it.
Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Tekwar, Witchaven, Witchaven 2 Blood Vengeance, Powerslave/Exhumed, Legend of the Seven Paladins, Extreme Paintball, Fate, Corrider 8: Galatic Wars, World War 2:GI, NAM, Quest for Al-quaeda, Quest for Hussein, Plunder & Pillage, Blood, Redneck Rampage series and thats as far as I know
Corrider 8: Galatic Wars (I think that's what its called) only made it to project form and was cancelled
Fate: this was probably one of the games that could have saved the company from going out of business I mean that had alot of cool features in it such as warping to different levels and going back to previous ones which reminded me of Hexen when you unlocked something new in the sublevel you have to then go back to the main level and see what you have to do. Fate had some good AI in it to unlike Capstones previous games where the
AI is poor this game kinda gave me a little challenge and another cool thing about that game was that it had RPG elements which allowed you to build weapons from scrap parts but overall that game would have made it if Capstone didn't screw up and I know that there are websites that have it(Demo Version) you just have to look for it.
