You want the latest version for winXP, the download link being http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/dosbox/DOSBox0.65-win32-i nstaller.exe?download
install it and run it, you get a load of stuff decribing what to do and how to do it.
type intro at the C prompt to get you started.
