i just got a new ps2!! Woo Hoo!! legend came with it!! now im in tokyo!! AND ACROSS THE ROAD!!!! im invincible!!! (i got it at 2 pm!) TODAY |

get yourself and xbox 360, personally I think there better than PS3, and they render the graphics alot better also than PS3

impcnrd seeing as I own both, I can safley say PS3 IS better..
for the graphics, yes ps3 is still better, and the power of the ps3 has yet to be seen or tested by games. gears of war for the xbox is an example of what the 360 can do, ps3 can do so much more

Tis true, from a technical point of view, the PS3 has specs that will blow away the 360.
The processors are similar speed but ps3 has 7 co-pros that the main cpu can offload tasks to the xbox has just 3. The bus speed of the ram is like 3.2Ghz compared to 700mhz for 360. Each PS3 'core' has its own ram chips, and so does the gfx controller. Xbox shares just one ram stick with everything. Also the xbox uses an ATI gfx chipset (ati, wtf is that supposed to be good?) whereas Sony saw sense and used faster nvidia chips.
I would like to debate the differences but please no responses like,
"It's made by microsoft so it has to be better"
Also the ps3 can be made to run linux, so in theory it could be turned into a cheap server i suppose.

Hey I liked the Tomb Raider Legend game it was good but the only problem with it was that it was too short  |
