The copy of Redneck Rampage on Dosgamer doesn't work very well on my computer either. The copy they have on classic-gaming.net worked much better for me. The only difference that the cuss pack makes is that it adds a lot of repetitive four letter f words.

i couldn't get any build game to work on my computer except those quest for hussien/ al quida games and duke (source port)

The funny thing about using the English alphabet in place of the alphabet that is used for the language a word is from means that a word or phrase can be spelled many different ways.
Here it is in Arabic: القاعدة

When I downloaded the game and boot it up it was spelled Al-Qaeda which I also remember that game being made by Jesse Patrilla which I do not know if he is still around but if he is what is he doing right now I also know that he made a previous game using the build engine called plunder & pillage and he made the sequel to the Quest for Al-Qaeda game called Quest for Hussein. |

Since it a word that uses a non-english alphabet, it can be spelled several different ways, as different combinations of letters can produce the same sound.
If you wanted to be completely accurate, you would spell it using phonemic orthography.
