*** Updates to 32-bit version 3.00a from final 16-bit version 2.30b ***

    -- New game! --

Version 3.00 of JSVP (the first 32-bit version) adds a new game: Pick Five Poker! In Pick Five Poker, you are dealt two cards at a time, and you get to pick which card you want to use in your hand. Try it, it adds a whole new element of strategy to Video Poker! Note that you cannot play Jennifer's Juicy Jackpots ("JJJ") with Pick Five Poker, as picking your own cards completely messes up the odds of JJJ. Can't have you winning too much now, can we?

For information on previous versions of JSVP, look up NEW FEATURES in the on-line help.

     -- Bug Fixes --

In Version 2.30, Double Double Bonus Poker did not pay off correctly for the top hands (Royal Flush, Straight Flush, Four of a Kind w/low card, 4 Aces w/low card). This has been fixed. Thanks to Arlene McGaw for alerting me to this problem.

There were some reports that Hot Hands Multi Payout Poker crashed version 2.30b. It works fine in version 3.00.

*** Installation notes ***

Run SETUP.EXE to install this program. It will install the Visual Basic 6 runtime libraries and THREED.OCX and QCARD32.DLL (required to run the game). If you later wish to uninstall, you can do so by using ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS on the Control Panel.

This program has been tested on Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4 Workstation. It has not been tested on Windows 2000, although there is no reason why it shouldn't work.

*** Compatibility between 16 and 32 bit versions of JSVP ***

If you are a registered user of the 16-bit version (2.30a or earlier) of JSVP, your name and registration number will work with this 32-bit version. You will need to re-enter your registration information into the 32-bit version after installing it.
