Yeah I'd say that you would probably gain 10lbs I don't really know how much you would be eating though |

ill be eatin quite alot, like in the last 12 hours ive eat 12 inch pizza, 4 packets of crisps (chips to u americans) 2 saussage's, 2 beef burgers, 6 bacon, 5 mushrooms, 2 eggs, 1/2 tin tomatos, 3 barm's, 2 full onions, a bowl of cerial and 3 candy bars lol
and I havnt put anything on yet :D i got all that inside of me and i weigh the same!
so multiply that by 2 x 7 and thats what i will be eating (pretty much same each day)
but eating doesnt matter anyway, its muscle growth not fat growth, all that food is burned off instantly before it can be turned into fat
