my solution depends on if you have the full or the shareware and glquake
if you make a shortcut to glquake(full) right click on the icon and go to properties. in the a box where it says "c:/quake/" you add "-rogue" or the name of the folder where the games are installed as long as they're installed to the quake directory. this runs the game as well  playing gl style. don't have glquake go to idsoftware.com

Well...........................no
I don't know how to install them they keep saying that I need the cd (which I obviously don't have)also I was wondering how to install them and why the scourge has nothing but pak0.pak

What should I do

If you need a cd I still have the .nrg files and the install files.

You must install the full version of quake before installing the mission packs.
